RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods can be exchanged or refunded. All items should be returned in a new, unused and re-sellable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in anyway will not be accepted with no refund isssued.

When repackaging any goods to be returned, please refold and package the products carefully. Any products that have been returned that we deem to be unsellable, may be sent back with no refund or exchange issued.

Please complete the returns form which can be found using the link at the bottom of this page and include it in the return package.

Please note all returns are covered at the customers expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit so recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof of posting so that any claims can be raised with the relevant courier.

If you do not have access to printer please include the following details within the package…Your name, email address, telephone number, order number* and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you’d like an exchange, please let us know what you’d like including colour and size and we will process the exchange accordingly. If there is a difference in price between the item returned and the item you wish to exchange it for, a refund of the difference will refunded.If the exchanged item is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange a further payment. An exchange utem will be shipped with no additional postage cost.

*The order number can be found on the email communication that would have been sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

We suggest you use a tracked or recored service and keep proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number for any claims that may need to be made with your chosen courier. Until we have received the package that is being returned to us, the package is the responsibility of the customer. All costs relating to any returns are paid for by the customer.

We do not cover the cost of any returns.

We do not cover the cost of any customs charges or import duties.

Once we have received and processed the return, all successfully returned items will be refunded via the original payment method used to place the order. The shipping charges relating to the order will not be refunded.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receiving them but may take longer during busier times.

Please note that it can take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
